Payroll setup and processing

Paying employees can be stressful as money is very personal for many individuals. Accurate payroll is extremely important, as is ensuring that all IRS fillings and retirement get processed correctly. We can handle all of this for you using our online platform. We can also cater to your individual business and alter our involvement accordingly.

Filing federal, state, and local payroll taxes. These laws are frequently changing and everything seems to be getting more complex. We will ensure all of this is done timely and correctly
Filing worker’s comp reports, insurance audits, and form processing
Once set up on ADP we can either run payroll for your or you can run it yourself
W2 processing and 1099 reporting

Quickbooks setup, data entry, and coding

Having a software program to track your business is essential. Each transaction made through your business bank accounts and credit cards syncs to QuickBooks Online and needs to be coded. Having accurate books allows you to easily pull up information. Run reports based on vendors, categories such as utilities and material costs, income from a specific client, etc.

What we take care of:

If you are not already on QuickBooks Online, we can set this up for you and get you started on tracking your business’s information
If you are still using QuickBooks Desktop, we can pull that information over and ensure accuracy
As transactions come in, we will code and add them to the system. This coding allows you to assess your business by tracking where your money is going and where it is coming from

Accounts Receivable/Payable

These functions are reserved for our full bookkeeping clients and generally left to in-house bookkeeping but checked for accuracy.

What we take care of:

Note outstanding items or invoices left unpaid
For the certain clients we handle invoicing for, we ensure payment and track down when necessary
We utilize bill pay or other established forms of payment to pay bills the client provides

Bank Reconciliations

Monthly reconciliations ensure accuracy of data entered into the accounting software. When everything ties out, we can be confident that everything is pulling in correctly.

What we take care of:

Perform monthly reconciliations
Research transactions that may be duplicates or pulled in incorrectly and resolve the issues to not have any outstanding transactions
Operate as a separate set of eyes on potential fraud or inaccuracies

Financial Reporting

CPA-prepared financial reports are often requested from businesses. We are very familiar with these requests and understand their importance. Whether it is for your board or a financial institution, we provide accurate reports you can trust.
